In my opinion the politicians from the third world countries can be in the richest persons because they were stealing all their country's taxes.

May be true.Many politicians in third world countries had earned lot of money in illegal manner.We don't know anything about their earnings.One real fact is we don't know the real richest person in this world.The richest person is the person who had highest profit in his account in legal manner.They had earned this profit by paying taxes.My point of view is,we can't predict the real richest person in this world.
Yes maybe this could be true because it is based on the google which is we can said an reliable resources. In this world we cannot predict who is the most richest person in the world because as he said many people are rich by doing illegal things so that can make  a lot of  money. Many people don't have any records in the government so we cannot measure who is the richest person in the world.
