I hope the Bitcointalk coins do get made eventually even if its not for the 10th anniversary although that would be incredibly fitting.

I imagine the criteria for most of them would be still active users though.
I expect it to be based on Activity, Merit, Politeness, fMerit, Imagination, Virtue, Coins, Karma and several other criteria with some complex math behind it
