to be honest many of investors are leaving icos nowdays and prefer investing on IEOs than ICOs and it makes most of icos dead because no one buy the coins on icos i think only one or two icos that legit and the rest are not legit
In my opinion for now ICO is no longer relevant if indeed we are interested in investing. many people have already lost money due to adnya ico and we should be more careful before making a decision to invest
