Did you contact our support or check our discord? We changed database systems and we moved accounts. Raise it with our team with your old details. Not contacting any form of support then complaining we're a scam is odd. At least let us try to rectify your issue first.

I have deliveried a question by the web function "support",but there is no response.
Additionally,I think to enssure old user's account safety is the most important thing for any website in upgrading .
