The question was, just to reiterate. Is there a way to turn on my masternodes from the cold wallet? do masternodes even still work in the PAC Global ecosystem.

The instructions / script should be available this week. In the meantime, if one is ample to and as one is ironing out some minor bugs, one can set masternodes up manually like any other dip0003 type of masternode.
