I don't get the last part of your statement, i think they both have something to backup their claims, bitmax is the one offering the services here and i feel they seem to know what's best for their brand, hence the removal of deepcloud, i don't think they would have done that if the case was not a pretty serious one, deepcloud is the one on the loosing end here
I agree with you, deepcloud is indeed the one at the loosing end from all indication. I read deepcloud testimony on the issue and the ceo plainly stated that he has been trying to communicate with George, who is the ceo of Bitmax, but to no avail as George has chosen not to reply to his chat.
On reading the testimony from the both projects, am sceptical on the smooth resolution of this issue. The disagreement between both parties was evident in the article and the content of the article bothers on different perspectives. I can only pray for them to resolve this amicably as the issues has degenerated substantially to make Bitmax delist their tokens.
