Your neg trust did just one thing I can't participate in bounty and not able earn money.
What you did is right on your prospective. But when you did this kind of stuff which can destroy someone's life earning then first collect some hard proof and then go for it. And sometimes its good to think about their's prospective and situation too.

Most bounty managers and sig campaign managers would likely listen to your story about your feedback and give you a day or 2 to clear it up.

If you clear your name then no harm no foul. You saying you dont have access to skype makes me believe veleor though. All he is asking is you to prove you are you.
