Maybe Man United supporters or management think after removing Jose Mourinho and replacing it with Ole, that will make United United better. But the reality is reversed, even United States is getting worse now. Not like a big club basically.

Spurs don't need a new coach if they can find better players. Tbh, I think Poch is doing really good, it's just that he don't have the players that he needed atm.
mistakes not on the coach.. we can see Tottenham's achievements in the 2018/19 season when Spurs made it to the Champions League final, despite losing to Liverpool but at least it was a great achievement. IMO, Spurs coach is very good at handling his team.
