no its not, if you have account there you can see there is no PASC
its only listed on front page, but if you actually create account,

We have open beta our main product - CoinCasso Exchange.
Earlier we had the only MVP with only several functionalities.

And now we prepare an official opening, which happens within 2-3 weeks.
