You will find people are free to say whatever they want on this forum. Unfortunately for you no one is going to trade PP with you as a newbie - with a self moderated thread. If you really want BTC then you will need to use the methods available to you. Until you build up some form of reputation that will be paying the fees involved. Hell, I still pay fees, between maker and taker pricing if I'm buying. It's the nature of the beast, when anyone can hack a PP account make a trade and disappear. To be clear I wouldn't make a deal like this regardless of the country someone says they are from, to risky.
This looks like it was a bad choice to accept PP. Depending on the business you conduct you can find different payment processors or set up a method for your customers to pay you directly. I did a quick search and here's an article that has some options if you scroll down a bit.
