they are adding blackjack though... lol but their referral rate of 8% is bit higher from others. this is good if you have a lot of gambler friends. you can earn a decent amount of money even without playing....that is if your friends are good spenders...
atm theres really not much in store for us here!
A bit higher? really? Let's put some sites as examples :
- Stake has applied 10% of any amount wagered by your referrals as your commission.
- FortuneJack, as far as I know has 30% to 60% affiliate commission.
- Bitvest, 10% for direct referrals.
It's too many to mention others but we can find that 8% is actually lower than other betting site referral commission.
Just to keep this discussion clear, and avoid mistakes and false hopes, be aware that referral percentages you mentioned (don't know if they are correct or not cause I still didn't verify them) are referred to House Edge and not amount wagered by your referrals.
So assuming a referral commission of 10% and assuming an average HE of 1% ( which happens on most dice sites) if your referral wagers 1
BTC the HE is 0.01
BTC ( 1% of wagered amount) and you receive 10% of it so 0.001
BTC Correct, the referral commission on Stake is not 10% of the wagered amount but it is 10% of the House edge like the example you give. Fortunejack gives bigger percentage because they are using net revenue system so affiliates will get commission when the casino makes profit or in other word affiliate should hope that all their referrals lose their money. The percentage may reduced significantly as well, at least there are some people complains about it.
Anyway any sites are free to decide how much is the percentage of their referral commission. Here at vipgame is 8% but afaik their house edge is higher than other sites so mathematically it can be the same with those site that offers 10% commission but the house edge is lower IMO.
