It was supposed to be like that but somehow, some of the developers are too greedy to think about more, more money to come rather than of creating a project that could help the entire crypto community. More project becomes devalued because there totally nothing but just garbage. We have flooded already with those projects and with the existence of IEO project will lessen the scamming ICO projects in the future.
