Hello Steve,

I have a problem since 7 days ago. My cashier functions have been disabled since last week Thursday 3rd October. Then I had to send KYC documents and do a Veriff camera verification which I both passed. And then I received an email that my account was flagged for multi accounting. But I absolutely have only this one account and in detail explained to your security team that I am 100% sure I only created one account, nobody ever could have had access to my account and/or laptop and I always used the same withdrawal address which is only controlled by me. You can check your system that there never was more than just this 1 account created on this laptop and you can also check your database on first and last name that I do not have multiple accounts. Also, I never took any bonus or even any freespins and was not referred by anyone.
The only thing I can think of which may have triggered the "flag" of your system is that I sometimes have a VPN turned on. This however is not to mislead you in any kind of way, but I use it to watch live sports streams on a website which does not have the right to show these events in my country of residence, hence I need to use another country IP-address to view those. I already promised to your security team that if they want, I will make sure I will not use a VPN when logged in to Sportsbet moving forward.

Other than this, I really like Sportsbet. You have so many betting markets and a good overview and navigation. I can still bet on my account, but knowing that the cashier function is still blocked does not make betting as much fun anymore right now.
I have now sent 2 explanation emails to your security department but am waiting almost 48 hours for a response now. I was hoping you could make sure this gets solved soon.
