So, explorer stuck and last block is before 1 day and 6 hours, MN stuck on the same block and no rewards since then. I hope devs are knowing what its happening. I've invested time, money and trust in this project!

Also now I can't start my windows client and AEX seems to not move at all... What is happening?

The AEX wallet has also stalled and they are too oblivious to restart it.(I know this because they are denying deposits have arrived)
With the main block explorer down it is very hard to convince them of the deposit.

What is your windows client doing?

Ok I see. For the client it seems that I should reindex it every time I need to close it e.g. restart or turn off my pc. Otherwise it jist closes it self while loading blocks. there is no entry in the log file. I need to send some coins to to a dude here. Hope the network get fixed soon.
