Have suggested adding or losing a click here or there but the it's remarkably polished for a beta!
I'd like to see the inplay timing reduced if we're using real money tho?
The site is simple and straightforward.
One thing I noticed, they only have btctalk and twitter as their social media channels.
The team might want to add telegram also for additional channel where players can reach them for any inquiries.
Also, I guess online chat support will be added in the full launch?
We're trying to understand the best way to handle customer support at launch. Telegram is a good call, or some kind of chat widget on the website. We want to have something which meets customer needs but which we can also commit to maintaining at a high quality and standard at launch. Telegram has the benefit of allowing community support to supplement our own support efforts, where appropriate.
