So why here in rules we have :

18. Having multiple accounts and account sales are allowed, but account sales are discouraged.

Also if it's about merit! I didn't see any rule about sending merits !!!!
If one of your account got banned means then all of your accounts will get banned.No one will get banned for merit abuse but you will get red tag for that.
