the problem with pigeon is simple, it is just cheap copy of raven coin
but when raven coin continue to develop, the pigeon was frozen in development, as a result the coin has been forgotten for some time.
now some took it over I guess and maybe the market is reacting to it, but I doubt it is something serious. save your time and money
There are still meetings everyweek in the discord group, and the community dev is working on the social app whith PGN built in.
