I live in a third country and me knowing that the results of the Natural Resources belong to the state most of the benefits are not for the people but for officials and politicians. every year the profits of state-owned enterprises are hundreds of trillions but very little is used for the people. most of the money goes into the officials' purses and this is what makes these officials rich.
