when will the ICO is going to start and at what price/xnc?
The XNC project will start its ICO very soon. As it is a part of Hellenic Blockchain Association, decisions will be taken by the board for the startup price. Till now as a very "new" coin, developers makes their final test to the code. The board talk for a start price at US$ 0.10.
Web Site & White paper are also ready. Everything will be in the air till Monday 14th.
