My response would be definitive no. I believe in the technology and I invest only that money, which i can lose. It depends on the personal purpose, there are people who want just the fast money, most of them make mistakes like fomo. But there are also people who believe in the technology, in the big amount of benefits which BTC gave us. If you belong to group 2 you shouldn't think you have done a mistake and if you still think it was a mistake, welcome in group 1.
