Yes You are Right!!! We are not yet in coinmarketcap or in any exchange. Applications for exchanges will start next week. Xenios project presentation,, will take place in Malta Blockchain Summit (7-8 NOV 2019) as a startup project of UBACS L.T.D. Also will take place to VIP networking dinner (8 NOV 2019), with Hellenic Blockchain Association as a sponsor of the dinner.
Application for exchanges are already rolling but we need more info on your project.

Russian cmc page. I was looking for the general cmc page so no XNC nor xencoin listed.
However, if you checked the xencoin as per your link, very little info and seems dead as their domain is up for sale.
No known markets either. So I think using XNC ticker for this project would not be a problem.
