I say YES for quality ALTs with working teams and good vision. I think Cardano, Stellar are a couple of good ones!

I think it's better to go with just NEO, TRX and Ethereum when you think of investing in altcoins. I know that some would say Ether is already quite up and how much will it go. But it is a potential bullish coin so whatever you say it has a tons of prospects to go for a bull run in future. I would rather say you to definitely go and buy some of these.
Investing in altcoin is good but going for NEO and TRX which is respectively centralized coin and controlled by some Chinese cartel and coin which it owner was arrested for some crime which could possibly create another situation which may affect the coin in future is not better buddy.
Is better to go for ETH and other decentralized top 100 coin.
