I am a bit confused about your situation since you are still in the spreadsheet which may lead to the conclusion that you are still in the boat. So either Yahoo did send you the message mistakenly or forgot to remove you from the spreadsheet for the next week.
He is not interested to continue because the price is reduced and that is what i understand from his words .
