A shitcoin coming from being a dead coin to be a live coin is nearly impossible. Even if you hold it for a long time nothing will happen to them. Most of the shitcoins wwas abandoned already by the developers and started to create new project. Those kind of shitcoin who want even able to enter a certain exchange is already dead, its impossible for a crypto/token to have a value if it has no market and no developers to improve the project.
