For treatment of cancer it is necessary to build clinics. It is good that there is a working technologies of treatment of cancer. But creation of clinics and buying an equipment requires a lot of money.

Yes, especially it's a medical clinic and equipment. Those kinds of things are really expensive when it comes to the treatment of animals and people's lives. They really need a lot of funds for it because even they already had the treatment if they will not going to have the proper equipment and facilities it's useless.
The problem lies not only in raising money, but also in the fact that there are many people and each of them has a different attitude to this issue. And support will be hard to find (
