It's obvious that multipools are dumping this coin WE NEED KGW ASAP, I've been talking about it for like a week?
KGW will definitely help but it doesnt totally protect against multipool attacks. For example as soon as MEOW was added to cryptsy it had KGW and it was still being API dumped by multipools. It took the price from 60 Satoshis to 20 Satoshis even with a great deal of buy support/trade volume.
I really dont know of anything that can totally protect against multi pool attacks
