There is nothing in the rules of the campaign against users "waking up after a long period of inactivity" so reporting those users is no good unless they're burstposting, necrobumping, or have neg trust.

Dropping application itself comes under the cheating in the campaign or working with the campaign?
I am sure you are one of the campaign who stood of the participants many times when they have small mistakes(NOT A KNOWN SCAM). I have seen that you have added my father's account name in banned list. I am not here to request to accept me back.
There is no reason for both accounts to apply for a campaign period. What if a manager accepted both of you? I'd almost guarantee neither of you would leave the campaign. You should only apply with an alt if your main account was rejected period.
