It's hard to win a huge amount when you only have small amount of capital. You will need a lot of luck and it would take you a lot of time before winning a huge amount which is also hard since some games aren't good for long run. I haven't experienced winning huge amount (well we have our own definition of huge amount) since I don't gamble a lot, only if I have free time and I don't give much amount on my capital. I won't risk much money on gambling cause gambling is just for fun and entertainment for me.
I dont gamble often as well because im busy with my real job but I already experience to win in gambling (not that huge) that I cant forget due to how it happened, I just thought to gamble while enjoying the day but never imagine to win.
Currently I only gamble rarely online if im not busy but everytime I play I have a set capital on how much to spend because im aware gambling is not an effective way to grow your money.
