So tell me, what's the connection of asking the question as to the subject and the content of the thread itself?
Great works for a catchy title but any are doing this now, they ask give explanation then on the bottom they will promote the site, program or project they are promoting, this is actually good it's not outright spamming with their advertisement at least they gave us a topic that we can discuss, people who wants to promote something should give us something to discuss at least.
