Localbitcoins.com is probably your best bet. Or finding via other means (e.g. the local boards here) someone to exchange hand to hand. Depending on the other side of the transaction you might actually get btc (or any other crypto) cheaper then the sell price on any exchange. But it's also quite easier to get scammed so you need to be extra careful
