The problem you are referring is not related to Game Protect, as we do not take payments as explained above! 
you need to refund the 210 euro, regardless if you call it a payment, a donation, or a beach ball - you promised, return it.
I hope you're not circling back to complete denial because we already made so much progress, with you admitting that you took 210 euro and that you didn't deliver the promised result by June 30.
