I'm also a bit confused about the fee schedule above. Are you saying that US bank wire and Paypal withdrawals are free? Let's say I want to send you 1 bitcoin, sell it for USD and wire it to my US bank account. What fees does that entail?
Also, for KYC requirements, is a bank statement required if you're just withdrawing to Paypal?
