I don't think ETH's price will always follow Bitcoin's price. As you can see, 1-2 months ago, we only saw the price of Bitcoin go up and the alts seem to be going down or stable.
The way the market works has changed and we shouldn't expect too much about the price of ETH or alts when bitcoin pump. but I still believe that the value of ETH could increase to $ 300 - $ 400 in 2020 because Ethereum 2.0 is coming soon. Buy and hold it.
