This topic has probably discussed to death, so here comes a resurrection question

Can I safely assume that sending from one to other are safe, just that the fees are different?

Which means it is safe that:

Legacy <--> Nested Segwit
Legacy <--> Native Segwit
Nested Segwit <--> Native Segwit
