6. User with legitimate negative feedback's isn't allowed to apply on this campaign, you will be removed without payment if you got negative feedback from DT1/DT2 during campaign during on going campaign.
9. You must have to earn at least 5 merit within last 120 days to be eligible for the campaign.To avoid merit abuse earned merits after posting this thread will not be be counted (for first enrollment) .
I guess almost all available members were already joining the you-know-what campaign.
