https://www.icodata.io/stats/2019 ICOs are not dead. In the last year ICOs raised 8 billion dollars and in this year less than $400K. Number of ICOs has dramatically fallen from 1253 ICOs last year to around hundred ICOs this year. ICOs didn't die, they have been replaced by STO and IEO, which by the way raised around 3 billion dollars this year.
Well, that was right it was change name, from ICO to IEO. ICOs are still there but this time it is changing the name, a lot of people due to some feedback that some people are being scammed on it the reason why a lot of people don't trust ICO for now and I think that's the impression that it's dead due to no more investors on it. There was a many scam project during ICO term last year, all project usually dead or getting scammed.
