Poor bounty hunters, they spend a lot of time and effort working for scammers!
The only way for this to stop is if hunters stop participating in shady projects and learn their lesson. Sadly, it's not that easy. I've shared a lot of job opportunities to them, but they still hope they can earn a lot from bounty hunting, so they turned down the offer.
If they don't stop, then garbage projects with whitepaper can have free marketing as many as they want.
When you see a bounty manager from newbie account then you can be sure they are team of the project, but higher account is not a guarantee that he is a good manager, that's why look at his work history and reputation.
Not necessarily. Sometimes, a bounty manager creates a new alt to make sure if the project starts exit scamming, it won't spoil their reputation.
