Though I don't have much idea about these two coins, but I know well about the Dcoin exchange. One of the manipulated fake volume exchanges with a fake rasing IEO launchpad. This year, a very few master node based coin impressed me, MinedBlock was one of them. But the MinedBlock project failed badly but Dcoin announced MinedBlock IEO was successful in their launchpad, which was a big lie. SGC & NWC both coins look average to me, but still, I don't think Dcoin exchange listing can help these two tokens! I would suggest you buy ETH or QNT or Link coins instead of buying these two new altcoins from a shit exchange.
