Already stated on OP, token will listing in 4 exchange at 24th, Oct 2019.
What I mean there is the exchange which SEC has approval. STO market is currently in a gray area and very hot in the eyes of SEC, in short, this kind of token is very complicated compared to utility token which can be list easily on any exchange. That 4 exchange they list not license by SEC and has a country restriction. Personally, I will not send my tokens there and trade it seems that exchange has no real traders at all.
In fact, CSS token we are talking about is exactly the utility token that can be traded in any exchange.
The security token CFS(Cercle Foundation Share) is not mentioned in this thread but described in the white paper. CFS cannot be traded anywhere but only pledged as securities.
