I can't wait for BillyBurns to try and defend this one!

Dean's last post on Bitcointalk:
If anyone moves investment from Yolodice to BetKing.io after they close on Friday message me and I will set your account to 30% commission. Without the need to have BKT tokens to receive the normal discount.
This is something I've seen from many scammers: just keep pretending everything is okay, deny accusations, and hope for new victims to give him more money!

I hope if proven guilty will be jailed for good
Allow me to speculate a bit: what if he's jailed already? BetKing.io was last online on September 28, and letting the domain expire would make sense if he's in jail since (as far as I know) Dean was running a one-man operation where he pulled all the strings.
There's a flaw in my theory though: the domain name was extended recently, although the site is still down.

Loyce, you are right he probably is not in prison because the domain was renewed but also because yesterday it seems he paid the 20.6 LTC that the user was asking for:

Now regarding the last post he made begging for Yolodice investors to move their funds to betking... that had more than a stench of desperation.

Just like you I also have seen those same techniques scammers use where they deny anything is wrong and seek more free money. Without a shadow of doubt I think he had ulterior motives. It crossed my mind maybe he was looking for funding as one final push before his exit strategy but I am not sure that is what happened.

There is definitely more going on here than meets the eye but it is hard to tell because on one hand he is not "fixing" the site even though he has investors to answer to who hold a share of the business but he is still paying out funds in account balances to users requesting via email because they cannot access the website.
