Updated wallet with new logo and a few minor fixes:

Windows installer package: http://vertcoin.org/downloads/Vertcoin-setup.zip

Ubuntu users can now install from our PPA in addition to building from source;

sudo add-apt-repository ppa:vertcoin/ppa && sudo apt-get update
sudo apt-get install vertcoin
