I assume that your account was mostly used for bounties, airdrops, etc. That's probably the cause of your account suspension.

If you know the cause then there's a chance that you won't retrieve it unless twitter's management has a strict rule implying to this kind of offense. Did you received any notification or reply from them this time around?
I know it's your own motivation but it's not just literally 7 doors will open, there will be more of it and it's gonna be you what door you will choose to open after this sad event that just happened to you.
