Alt coins finding new all time lows every week. As all market crushed it can be good time for buying alt coins. Specially top ranked coins are more secure than others as they stay stronger when price of BTC changes suddenly.

BNB, ETH, LTC and TOMO are at my watch list.

Risk can be reduced by choosing more strong coins which are at top ranked.
