However, he actually said that you need to donate 50 BTC to become a VIP, and then change your username, which indeed looks like to be the right answer:

Btw, after my post "lock the thread", there was 15 new posts saying the same or other redundant stuff or people answering these spammers. All really unnecessary.

Why don't you first change the email of this account to a random one, and then create the new account?
@Bitcryptex has answered if OP can create new account since their account only newbie, then you came like no one answered that, after that suggested same thing like BitCryptex said.
My post could have been the last one since it literally solves the OP issue.
