Kiddie porn has not appeared with the anonymous way of payments, as well it has not appeared because of the creation of the cryptocurrency or blockchain. Such kind of people also use cash for this, or some other types of payments that are too hard to search or to prove. the problem is not in the anonymous coins, but in not health peoples' heads. I do not think that in case the crypto will be forbidden (just imagine), the kiddie porn will disappear at once. it is a pity, but it is a fact.
