We always see that bitcoin will going to pump the price but some altcoins are still in dip situation. And maybe it is for bitcoin right now not for altcoins, And it will have a time also for altcoins to increase the price and maybe in this well be happen.

in my predictions the altseason will not happend in this year, but maybe next year is the right time, after the halving event on bitcoin

Why do you believe that Altcoin can increase in the future? There is currently no evidence of an increase in altcoin prices in the near future and this is only an speculation of each individual in this market so cannot be sure. I think Altcoin needs more time to be able to grow well in the coming time because recently a lot of bad news related to this market so the price increase will be delayed until next year.
I personally want Altcoin to rise but not this year as some of the big coins are still in the correction phase so will be difficult to predict what will happen next.
