@GMoore87 this is an excellent suggestion by the congressman, if only Facebook was smart then it should have integrated bitcoins as a payment option. This decision would have saved them lots of money as they would not have to spend on research or do marketing of bitcoin. I yet believe its not to late for them to reverse their decision, and kill Libra as many partners are already walking out and its hurting Facebooks reputation.
