You are extremely close to the mark because according to Coinmarketcap it shows the price in May 2018 it was It was 0.00000163 BTC or $0.143 each but is now down to just 0.00000002 BTC or $0.000181 per NPXS:

The chance of saving this project from further demise is the $42 million market capital it has. The team behind this shambles need to step up and focus their attention on a single product and stop messing around with so many different projects going on using investors cash as a play-tool.

Or we could see it successful but it will take time, this is usually what's going to happen if they are not focus in one project only provided they are doing their best to develop this project. At this point, it's hard to conclude, its just up to us if we still believe but leaving at this price for me is not wise as I should have done it when its still 20 sats.
