Your campaign does not have info about counting day or each round's closing time kind of details.
I just give it a quick glance, probably I might be wrong if those info is added only in sheet. I didn't check the sheet from my mobile.
based on OP..
Signature campaign will start from Wednesday,
so we can do the manual counting from that time and just assume that the manager is using the forum time. But good thing you notice, it would be nice if all these vital infos are all present in the OP.
