Thank you for this information, it has brought great clarity. Its now official that the second round of the tokensale would be announced later. I'm surprised to know that the only restricted country for the STEO is USA. That's a good deal as several other countries are restricted in other projects.

Why USA is restricted? Its a big country in the world and many potential big investors comes from USA. In my opinion, this should not be avoided.

I can assure you that the restriction placed on the United States citizens wasn't the brainchild of dreamr project, but was a necessity as a result of the government sanctions. The government of United States seeks for several reasons to prevent the citizens from benefiting from the cryptocurrency space and ensures that every amount earned from cryptocurrency is taxed by the government.

Yea, its really a necessity, no one wants to get caught in the crossfire or get the wrath of the law simply because they fail to adhere to the instructions that has been laid down for a while, the United States have their laws and its best that all disclaimer and restrictions be laid bare for investors to see before investing in the project, its actually not the fault of the stated project
